Dee takes a hands-on approach to the business and manages all marketing, sales, client relationships, and development strategies for Bear Woman. While providing superior service to her clients, Dee remains committed to the environment by preserving and protecting the Earth’s resources.

She is a trained EPA AHERA/Colorado Asbestos Abatement Supervisor. Dee makes it her personal responsibility to stay current with her certifications and the issues that affect the remediation industry. She will always provide clients with the most cost-effective, time-efficient and environmentally sound solution.

Dee has received several local, state and national awards for her involvement in the community:

Kristi Long

Government Sales Manager

Kristi Long is a member of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe and is the manager of government sales for Bear Woman Enterprises.
Kristi Long has an extensive background in government contracting while holding the position of Contract Specialist for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Indian Health Service. After 10 years in government contracting Kristi moved to the private sector where she held the position of Senior Contract Administrator/Manager for a large federal prime contractor.
